Summarized History of Arturo Miranda Castillo / PREIC®: 

  • From April 3-7, 2006 he takes the preparatory course for the certification to obtain the real estate license given by ACOBIR, the Panamanian Real Estate Association.
  • On May 24, 2006, he underwrote the articles of incorporation, together with his brother and mother, of PREIC®, which was registered in the Panama Public Registry of Panama on June 7, 2006, maintaining the same board of directors and officers for the last 12 years.
  • On June 12, 2006 he obtains his personal real estate license PN No. 1417 issued by the Technical Board of Real Estate of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of the Republic of Panama.
  • On September 5, 2006 he obtains for PREIC® the corporate real estate license PJ No. 0288 issued by the Technical Board of Real Estate of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of the Republic of Panama.
  • On June 5, 2007, he obtains for PREIC® the license as a financial consulting & advisory firm No. 2007-4461 issued by the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Panama. It was updated for the following sub-specialties/activities: (6499) - other financial activities, except insurance and pension funds, (6821) - real estate activities performed in exchange for a fee or contract, (6810) - real estate activities with own or leased property.
  • On September 12, 2007 he obtains his personal securities license No. 343 CNV-229 issued by the National Securities Commission of Panama.
  • On February 1, 2008, he obtains his financial advisor resolution No. 107709 issued by the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Panama. It was updated for the following sub-specialties / activities: (6611) - financial markets administration, (6619) other activities auxiliary to financial services activities.
  • On August 16, 2012, he obtains his personal principal executive license No. 343 SMV-280 issued by the Superintendence of the Securities Market of Panama.
  • Starting in 2016 he decides to actively and selflessly participate in various working committees of ACOBIR, the Panamanian Real Estate Association, contributing wherever possible in order to reattribute back with knowledge and information to a market that saw him start in 2006 before the launching of several mega projects in Panama City, Republic of Panama.
  • He has to his credit the equivalent of $70M of value in direct and closed transactions over a decade of work, drive and perseverance.
  • On March 30, 2017 at the 3rd edition of the ACOBIR's MLS® Awards, PREIC® was the company with the highest number of nominations (9 out of 13) and the highest number of prizes won (4 out of 13).

  • On August 2017 he was selected Top Real Estate Agent of Panama by Top Agent Magazine™ Beverly Hills, CA.
  • On March 22, 2018 at the 4th edition of the ACOBIR's MLS® Awards, PREIC® received nominations in seven out of 12 categories and won in two categories and had the largest delegation of participants in the event.

  • On March 2018 he was selected Top Mortgage Lender of Panama by Top Agent Magazine™ Beverly Hills, CA.
  • On August 28, 2018, he obtained his personal designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) after having passed examinations, met the requirements, and taken the mandatory courses given by the National Association of Realtors (NAR®): Global Real Estate: Local Markets, European and International Real Estate, Asia / Pacific and International Real Estate, The Americas and International Real Estate, and the Business of U.S. Real Estate.
  • On May 15th, 2019, he obtains as natural person his Appraisal resolution No. 611253 issued by the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Panama. It includes the activities of appraiser of movable and immovable property.
  • On May 16th, 2019 at the 5th edition of the ACOBIR's MLS® Awards, PREIC® received nominations in six out of 12 categories (the nominated agents were: Arturo Miranda Castillo, Linda Anguizola, Aiskel Guerrero, Kateleen Brindley, Camilo Cortes and the company itself twice) and won in one category and had the largest delegation of agents in the event. -Agent with the Fastest Closing Average for Residential Sales in MLS® 2018 (Camilo Cortes)
  • The Legal Advisor and Resident Agent of the company is Panama Finance Law & Co.a civil society organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama entered in Sheet No.: 26739 under Registration date 25-09-2007 in the Public Registry of the Republic of Panama under the Act Nine (9) of 1984, the Law sixteen (16) of 1993, the Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility of the Attorney.

Arturo Enrique Miranda Castillo, Licensed Lawyer No. 13755 issued by the General Business Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, has a natural person registration No. 0314 as AUTHORIZED LOCAL CUSTODIAN… according to Agreement No. 1048 of November 24, 2015 issued by the General Business Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, Judicial Branch of the Republic of Panama, in accordance with Law 47 of August 6, 2013, modified by Law 18 of 23 of April 2015.

Arturo Enrique Miranda Castillo, has registration No. 1391 to exercise Conciliation and Mediation, issued by the Office of Alternative Resolution of Conflicts, of the Ministry of Government of the Republic of Panama, fulfilling all the requirements of Law 16 of June 17, 2016. He satisfactorily culminated the Mediation and/or Conciliation Training Program, pursuant to Executive Decree No. 777 of December 21, 2007, granted by the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama (CeCAP).

Panama Real Estate & Investment Consultants, Corp. with registration certificate no. 253770, through resolution 1413, issued by the General Directorate of the Registry of Industrial Property of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, possesses the exclusive use of the trademark registration of Panama Real Estate & Investment Consultants, Corp. and design, according to Article 94 of Law No. 35 of May 10, 1996.

Panama Real Estate & Investment Consultants, Corp. includes 7% of ITBMS (Transfer Tax on Movable Property and Services) on all commissions for services rendered, as established by Law 8 of March 15, 2010.

Panama Real Estate & Investment Consultants, Corp. is Real Estate Brokerage and Financial Consulting & Advisory firm registered, regulated and supervised by Intendence of Supervision and Regulation of NFSs, ascribed to the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
